A photo shoot between friends. A good moment shared together, great memories, and beautiful photographs that will be cherished, to celebrate friendship and years passing by. I find these women absolutely stunning, and it's with great pleasure that I came to photograph them.

Depending on the lab or type of paper you are selecting, your photo prints will vary in color, light and contrast. Here is below the result of various labs and papers, if the photography is printed as is.
Moreover depending on whether you are printing matte or glossy, the visual impact will be affected:
You will never be able to get the exact same result from a computer screen and a photo print since these are two different mediums with their own limits. Moreover the computer screen generates a lot of back light.
However your photographer can help get the best result through his lab printing profiles that he will take into account when organizing your photo prints.
Here is a quick overview of how I came to develop this picture. A creative portrait done for a gymnast. Seagalls and water relates to the name of the gymnastic club.
The person was photographed at the studio. The landscape, seagalls and sky were brought in separately.
After a few hours of cutting, pasting, colouring, here is the result:
It is so rare to have such heavy mist in Lyon. I initially wanted to catch morning sun rays through the mist but clouds were too thick this morning. I'll have to try again another time. Despite this, here is a nice capture from this morning:
Time flies for our pets as well; memories stay forever and so do photographs! Today was a pet shooting day. A way do keep memory of these beautiful years, even more for the 2 puppies that will soon be adults.
Here is an example of image quality and sharpness we can obtain from our professional equipment. The original image is a face and shoulder portrait.
I am always amazed by the detail we get in the eye and the skin. We can clearly see the flash umbrellas, the room, and even the shape of my body...
Retouching can allow correcting small skin imperfection that is unfortunately here on your shooting day.
You prefer not to have it on the portrait you offered yourself ; retouching can greatly help in that case.
For instance, here are a few before / after. A spot close to the eye which will be removed by the doctor later on. A tooth which recently dislocated and which will be corrected by the dentist in the future. A few unwanted spots. These things will no longer be visible on the person and are unwanted on the photo portrait you'll keep for years. Your photographer can help in this case upon request.
Here is a selection of photographs from a children portrait session, with beautiful and adorable twins. A great time.
